3. AI Voice Advisor — Consent & Use

Our website includes an AI-powered Voice Advisor ("Z") that allows visitors to speak with an automated AI agent. By initiating a voice call through the widget, you agree to the following:

• You are speaking with an AI, not a human. Z is an automated voice agent. All responses are generated by artificial intelligence.
• Your call may be recorded and transcribed. By starting a voice session, you consent to the recording, transcription, and processing of your voice and the content of your conversation.
• Data collected during calls — including your name, email address, and any information you share — may be used to contact you about Plazma LLC services and will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Conversations are processed by third-party AI systems. By using the voice widget, you acknowledge that your conversation data will be transmitted to our service providers for processing.
• AI responses are informational only. Nothing communicated by Z constitutes a binding offer, contract, legal advice, or financial advice. All commitments require written confirmation from a Plazma LLC representative.

Use of the voice widget is entirely optional. If you prefer not to have your voice recorded or processed by AI, please use our text-based contact form.

4. Use of the Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You may not:

• Use the website in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
